Munters, a global leader in climate solutions, is seeking a Sales Manager to join our Clean Technologies division. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the Americas region, focusing on the semiconductor and electronics markets.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated approach. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and service, to deliver clean air solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Americas region, focusing on the semiconductor and electronics markets.
  • Qualify leads, review customer specifications, and prepare equipment selections, pricing, and proposals to meet customer needs.
  • Serve as a primary customer contact through the sales cycle, including sales and technical presentations, proposals, deal closing, and contract terms negotiations.
  • Develop, plan, and manage efforts to achieve annual budget targets.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including literature, case studies, marketing campaigns, and other lead generating activities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other sales activities.
  • Provide structured input to new product development opportunities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clean air solutions to our customers.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to comprehend complex concepts.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering preferred.
  • Experience with the semiconductor industry preferred.
  • 5-10 years' experience in VOC equipment sales or equivalent.
