Service Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Sales Manager to join our Americas Industrial Measurements team at Vaisala Inc. in Burlington, MA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our service offerings through innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and executing an outreach process to the customer installed base to boost revenue from services, upgrades, calibrations, repairs, training, and spares.
- Establishing competitive market pricing in the Americas.
- Providing comprehensive support for After Sales inquiries and promoting service offerings.
- Working closely with Life Cycle Services leaders and sales teams to enhance service offerings, develop effective channel partners, and secure repeat business.
- Educating sales and channel partners on service offerings and contributing to messaging strategy with marketing teams.
- Regularly analyzing data through reports and dashboards to track progress, adjust strategies, and provide updates to management.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in service and solution sales, or related fields such as HVAC, environmental monitoring systems, and measurement sensors. Experience with recurring revenue models and customer retention is highly beneficial.
