Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Enablement Manager to lead the planning and execution of enhancements for our Sales and Customer Success organizations. This role will be pivotal in aligning sales strategies with company goals and ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the tools, training, and resources they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to drive revenue growth across all sales teams and verticals.
  • Create and manage sales content, including tooling/workflow best practices, 3Play service catalog, and legal/regulatory standards.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing training for existing team members to ensure they are well-versed in best-in-class sales practices and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and standardize the sales process, enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Partner with Revenue Ops and Technology teams to make improvements to the sales technology stack that improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze sales effectiveness data to identify gaps in performance and continuously improve enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product marketing, and sales leadership, to ensure alignment and effective support across the organization.
  • Drive the value-based messaging initiative in collaboration with sales, customer, and product teams, ensuring consistent implementation across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a GTM Enablement/Sales Enablement role focusing on onboarding or sales tools deployment.
  • Understanding of sales process enhancements, with experience in a quota-carrying position a strong plus.
  • Experience building and delivering impactful onboarding programs/curriculum for quota-carrying positions across various industries.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Genuinely curious with a constant desire to learn and grow as a person and to understand prospects' goals, problems, and priorities.
