Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating strong partnerships with retailers, developing strategic sales initiatives, and maximizing our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate directly with decision-makers at assigned accounts to develop a merchandising strategy that maximizes SSB's potential for profitable growth and market share.
* Ensure that assigned accounts actively participate in SSB national events and effectively promote these initiatives.
* Oversee the strategic placement of SSB products to ensure preferred visibility.
* Lead the deployment of SSB pricing programs across assigned accounts, driving strategic pricing actions and contract negotiations to maximize profitability.
* Ensure that staff at assigned accounts are well-trained on SSB products, with readily available training materials tailored to specific product assortments.

Requirements:

* 1-3 years of overall professional experience, with a preference for 1+ years in the furniture or mattress industry.
* Proven experience managing a territory exceeding $2 million.
* Strong preference for candidates with sales training experience.
* Demonstrated track record of driving results, particularly in resource-limited environments.
