Job Overview

This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional client services and onboarding new clients/assets to guarantee accurate payments through the company's systems.

The position requires collaboration across departments and with team members to ensure timely and error-free completion of tasks.

Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in SREC, REC, AEC, and other renewable energy markets relevant to various states.
  • Learn intricate state solar and renewable energy certification rules and procedures.
  • Understand how Xpansiv CBL supports system owners (clients) and solar installers/project developers (partners) within the framework of the applicable states and markets.
  • Process incoming renewable energy project applications accurately and promptly.
  • Review application materials and communicate with clients and partners for any additional information.
  • Assist in the state certification process for solar and other renewable systems to participate in state renewable energy programs.
  • Coordinate the registration of state-certified systems in the appropriate tracking registry.
  • Provide timely and excellent daily client services through various communication channels.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, explaining the application process and the company's offerings.
  • Facilitate client understanding and utilization of Xpansiv CBL's online accounts.
  • Address client and partner inquiries regarding applications, account creation, account status, and transactions.
Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent certification.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills
  • Outstanding internal and external communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume client service environment.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF programs, and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous.
