Customer Experience Specialist

Position Overview
We are in search of a dynamic Customer Experience Specialist to join our team and contribute to our rapid expansion. This role is pivotal in fostering customer engagement and enhancing the overall experience with our Alertus System.

Key Responsibilities
- Proactively connect with existing customers to ensure effective deployment and optimal use of our products.
- Integrate our solutions within the current customer base to bolster retention rates.
- Gather customer insights on new features and overall satisfaction through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends, interpret data, and propose solutions for enhancing the customer experience.
- Serve as a liaison between internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressed, collaborating with implementation, sales, marketing, finance, and product development teams.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal technical teams to relay product feature requests.
- Lead initiatives for developing new features based on customer feedback.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by engaging with customers and sharing insights with the sales team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer success or related role.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to communicate sensitive information tactfully.
- Proficient in understanding customer needs and managing expectations.
- Excellent soft skills.
