Physical Requirements: The physical demands for this role include frequent periods of sitting at a computer workstation; repetitive tasks such as typing; and occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling items weighing up to or exceeding 50 lbs.

Work Environment: The work conditions may entail occasional exposure to cuts and punctures, intermittent loud noises, bloodborne/airborne pathogens, and potentially aggressive individuals.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Job Overview: The Healthcare Support Navigator plays a vital role at the UK Healthcare information desks, assisting with wayfinding, patient flow, ensuring a secure environment, and facilitating communication between staff and visitors.

Additional responsibilities encompass clerical tasks related to customer service.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, team-oriented environment, along with an understanding of healthcare information systems, is necessary.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not include supervisory duties.

Preferred Education/Experience: Experience in customer service or healthcare support services is preferred.
