Job Summary

An Outside Sales Representative is a critical member of our sales team responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities in the C-store, vape, and tobacco industry. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the advantages of our products.

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a strong understanding of CRM software.

This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary of $52,000 per year plus commission. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, gas and/or car allowance, and paid training.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Maintain and cultivate existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitors' products to effectively communicate their advantages to clients
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure sales agreements and close deals
  • Travel extensively within the designated sales territory to meet clients and attend trade shows
