Client Service Manager

The Client Service Manager I is a key role within our branch, responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective performance of all operations functions. This includes managing teller functions, new account functions, and background operations tasks and duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous management experience and a minimum of 3 years' experience in banking. They will possess excellent communication and client service skills, as well as a thorough understanding of banking regulations and standard banking practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance of all operations functions within the branch
- Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are handled within bank policies and procedures
- Maintain expenses and losses as defined within the annual budget
- Cross-sell Bank products and services to clients
- Provide training and support to staff in cross-selling efforts
- Assist Client Relationship Managers with outside calls to selected businesses and current clients
- Perform daily tasks including review of management reports and daily callback, processing insufficient funds and overdraft accounts, and solving problems associated with item and data processing
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous management experience and a minimum of 3 years' experience in banking
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Thorough understanding of banking regulations and standard banking practices
