Client Service Associate

At BNY Mellon, we're seeking a talented Client Service Associate to join our Wealth Management team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, working closely with Wealth Managers to support day-to-day operational and technical responsibilities, and producing high-quality investment reports and portfolio materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a white glove experience for high net worth individuals and families, from account opening and onboarding through the full lifecycle of client relationships
- Work collaboratively with the team to support day-to-day operational and technical responsibilities
- Produce client-facing investment reports and portfolio materials for review meetings
- Serve as a first point of contact for clients to address administrative and technical questions and ensure requests are executed
- Support business development efforts and opportunities by maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Provide clients with information related to BNY services or serve as a liaison to the appropriate resources
- Collaborate with the broader team to deliver the highest standard of client service and consistently exceed client expectations
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of work experience, preferably in a client-facing role at an asset management firm, investment management firm, wealth management firm/department, or registered investment advisor
- Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred
- Discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
