Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the efficient and effective performance of all operations functions, including teller and new account functions.
  • Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are handled within bank policies and procedures.
  • Maintain expenses and losses within the annual budget.
  • Cross-sell bank products and services to clients.
  • Provide training and support to staff in cross-selling efforts.
  • Assist Client Relationship Managers with outside calls to selected businesses and current clients.
  • Perform daily tasks, including review of management reports and daily callback.
  • Solve problems associated with item and data processing.
  • Assist Regional Branch Administration, Director of Branch Administration, and Operations Administrator with duties and projects as requested.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous management experience and a minimum of 3 years bank experience in banking.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Professional appearance, dress, and attitude.
  • Excellent math skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software package.
