Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Client Manager to join our dynamic west coast large group team. As a trusted advisor, you'll lead high-profile clients through strategic work, including consulting on complex funding arrangements and customized benefit strategies. Your expertise will shine as you address client issues, meet their needs, and deliver an unparalleled client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the Outcome: Become the go-to advisor for a diverse portfolio of large employer groups, leveraging your adaptability and proactive nature to address client issues and deliver exceptional results.
  • Be a Great Copilot: Collaborate with top-notch vendor partners and internal rockstars to handle day-to-day servicing of clients and members, delegating tasks, providing oversight, and giving feedback.
  • Drive Progress through Action: Develop and execute annual service plan adherence strategies, managing renewals, open enrollments, and vendor deployments to drive client success.
  • Create Superfans: Build long-lasting consultative relationships with top clients, delivering innovative benefit solutions that exceed their expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent education.
  • Recent experience independently managing accounts with minimal guidance.
  • Track record of supporting large California employer groups.
  • Strong command of large group plans and products.
  • California Health Insurance License required.
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Google suite, written, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable public speaking, including presenting renewal information, financials, and open enrollments meetings and webinar recordings.
What We Offer
  • Location-agnostic pay based on NYC benchmarks, with a base salary range of $95,000 - $115,000.
