- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with store managers, employees, and external vendors to ensure seamless maintenance operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in hospitality maintenance and management.
- Skills: Effective problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
