The Client Engagement Coordinator acts as a key resource for clients, delivering prompt, efficient, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients regarding their insurance policies, meticulously documenting all communications in the client management system and addressing any concerns raised by the client.
  • Process and document policy endorsements effectively.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with relevant contacts to ensure timely issuance of policies.
  • Prepare documentation for presenting risks to the market.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to timeliness and thoroughness in interactions with clients, the firm, and insurance partners to reduce the risk of errors and omissions claims.
  • Manage surplus lines taxes and payables accurately.
  • Complete assigned special projects with diligence.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for enhancing the firm, business segment, and operational processes.
  • Escalate issues and discrepancies to the appropriate leadership channels.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Possession of a current State Insurance License as mandated by the State Department of Insurance or willingness to obtain necessary licenses within the initial employment period.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to quickly learn relevant insurance company and firm software applications, including but not limited to Epic and PowerPoint.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 55 words per minute.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and determined approach to professional contributions.
  • Commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in job responsibilities.
  • Exemplification of the firm's behavioral tenets, demonstrating alignment with the corporate culture.
