National Director of Risk Services and Operations

The National Director of Risk Services for Baldwin Risk Partners plays a pivotal role in shaping, directing, and overseeing workflows, processes, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to achieve set objectives. This leadership position encompasses the supervision of regional Client Service Specialist leaders and claims advocate colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Collaboration and Workflow Management: Collaborates closely with the Director of Client Experience, National Managing Director, National Director of Sales & National Operations Director to structure and manage workflows that promote business objectives, profitability, and retention in a cooperative environment.
- Mentorship and Team Development: Provides effective mentorship, coaching, and guidance while contributing to the professional growth of regional team leaders.
- Operational Oversight: Fulfills the roles and duties of CSS leaders as required.
- Work Environment and Team Supervision: Promotes a positive work environment characterized by open communication and enhanced morale. Exercises day-to-day supervision, guidance, and accountability of team members.
- Performance Management: Conducts annual performance assessments for team members and submits performance reviews to the Private Risk Management Business Segment Leader for bonus and compensation decisions.
- Licenses and Certifications: Holds all necessary State Department of Insurance licenses to offer consultation and financial risk transfer solutions in operating states.
- Technical Insurance Knowledge: Possesses comprehensive technical insurance knowledge.
- Leadership and Management: Proficient in managing personal performance and that of team members, adhering to predefined workflows and process.
- Strategic Thinking and Communication: Capable of devising effective strategies and fostering motivation among team members to achieve the vision.
- Organizational and Communication Skills: Possesses exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in the relevant software.
- Cultural Alignment: Exemplifies the firm's core values and culture through professional behavior.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Fast-paced and multitasking environment.
