About Turning the Corner LLC:
Turning the Corner LLC is a leader in promoting play-based learning. • Junior Coach Development: Facilitate a youth leadership initiative for upper elementary students, training them to become coaches. Mentor these Junior Coaches as they help manage games during recess, equipping them with valuable skills in conflict resolution and leadership.
Additional Duties: Maintain communication with Turning the Corner LLC staff, school personnel, teachers, and families; manage necessary documentation; and participate in regular training sessions provided by the organization.
Qualifications:
  • No prior experience is required as we offer comprehensive training. Our supportive staff will assist you throughout your journey.

  • Completion of a TB test and CPR/First Aid certification is required upon hiring.
  • Reliable transportation to reach assigned schools is essential.

  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, disability, life insurance, and employee-funded pre-tax health and childcare spending accounts.
  • Paid time off during school breaks (5+ weeks) and paid sick leave.
  • Opportunities for professional development and networking to enhance your skills and advance your career.
  • Potential for career advancement within our organization.
If you are a dedicated youth development professional eager to contribute to a program that enriches the lives of children in your community, we encourage you to consider our Youth Engagement Program Coordinator position.
