Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to oversee and direct various projects within our organization. This role involves managing a range of business initiatives, ensuring that they align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the activities and personnel involved in projects of varying scales, focusing on non-IT business applications.
  • Oversee all aspects of multiple, complex, and mission-critical projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Engage with project sponsors, business units, and stakeholders to define project objectives, develop initiatives, and implement necessary plans and processes.
  • Ensure the delivery of effective solutions to business challenges while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.
  • Provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain tracking and reporting mechanisms to communicate progress and results to management and stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management.

Additional Notes:

  • Assist with compliance activities, including the preparation of technical documentation and post-market surveillance.
  • Contribute to new product development documentation.
  • Support ongoing market activities, including regulatory assessments and updates.
  • Manage regulatory operations such as label reviews and necessary updates.
