Primary Focus

The Project Manager for Quality Assurance will play a crucial role in supporting IT Help Desk Support Services by conducting thorough analysis and documentation of both short- and long-term objectives and program goals. This position involves identifying and interpreting policy matters and projecting the impact of programs, all while adhering to the core values of Cayuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documenting and reporting on the quality levels of products or services.
  • Establishing and implementing inspection standards.
  • Creating workflows for product inspections.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve issues.
  • Following up through appropriate channels when discrepancies are identified.
  • Developing and executing a management strategy to ensure effective communication.
  • Making recommendations to assess and enhance ANGRC processes and policies to improve IT support for mission and headquarters management needs.
  • Addressing procedural challenges related to contract deliverables across various functional areas.
  • Executing program management duties, including:
    • Ensuring program scope and deliverables align with outlined responsibilities.
    • Delivering products on time and within approved budgets for assigned projects.
  • Presenting project plans to senior leadership.
  • Acting as a communication liaison in response to negative customer feedback.
  • Providing situational awareness to government leaders as necessary.
  • Informing management of projected and actual performance and cost variances through reports and briefings.
  • Ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force (AF), and federal regulations while utilizing the DoD Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF).
  • Adhering to management and engineering processes that meet relevant industry standards, including ISO 20000 and ISO 9001 series.
  • Participating in daily insight meetings to review workflow activities and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Job Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Possession of IAT Level 2 certification (Security ++).
  • Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to pass a background check, with potential for additional checks as required by projects.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and tasks to meet deadlines while fostering cooperative working relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to establish a productive workspace.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules and extended hours as needed.
  • Potential travel for business or professional development may be required.
