Primary Focus

The Project Manager - QA will play a crucial role in supporting IT Help Desk Support Services by analyzing and documenting both short- and long-term objectives, interpreting policy matters, and assessing program impacts. All responsibilities will be executed in alignment with Cayuse's Core Values.

Responsibilities

Key Duties Include:

  • Documenting and reporting on the quality levels of products or services.
  • Establishing and enforcing inspection standards.
  • Creating workflows for product evaluation.
  • Collaborating with team members to address challenges.
  • Following up through appropriate channels when discrepancies are identified.
  • Developing a management strategy to ensure effective communication.
  • Recommending enhancements to ANGRC processes and policies to optimize IT support for mission and headquarters management.
  • Resolving procedural issues related to contract deliverables across various functional areas.
  • Executing program management tasks, including:
    • Ensuring program scope and deliverables align with outlined duties.
    • Delivering projects on time and within budget.
    • Presenting project plans to senior leadership.
    • Acting as a communication liaison in response to customer feedback.
    • Providing situational awareness to government leaders as necessary.
    • Informing management of performance and cost variances through regular reports and briefings.
    • Ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Air Force (AF), and federal regulations using the DoD Enterprise Service Management Framework (DESMF).
    • Adhering to management and engineering processes that meet relevant industry standards, including ISO 20000 and ISO 9001.
    • Participating in daily insight meetings to review workflow activities and escalate complex issues as needed.
    • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Possession of IAT Level 2 certification, Security ++, and Top Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to pass a background check, with potential for additional checks as required by projects or clients.
