Position Overview:
OBXtek is seeking a dedicated Acquisition Analyst Assistant to provide essential support within the Air National Guard Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) framework. This role is pivotal in assisting with the Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA/Strike), Cyber/IT, and Command and Control (C2) technical support services.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting factual justifications for both internal and external contract actions as directed by government officials to bolster ISR mission objectives.
- Supporting A2/6 Resources in monitoring and ensuring the timely submission of ISR, Cyber/IT, and Security Procurement Requirement Packages (PRPs) to the appropriate authorities, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel for effective tracking.
- Preparing A2/6 Procurement Requirement Packages (PRPs) in accordance with ANG AMO and NGB/AQ guidelines for review and editing by the A2/6 staff prior to submission.
- Assisting the A2/6 Resource Manager in identifying, documenting, and validating all acquisition requirements, ensuring alignment with government needs.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess an Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access and hold a Bachelor’s degree alongside a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in acquisition-related functions.
Travel Requirements:
The role may involve travel to support operational needs, with specific arrangements coordinated post-contract award. Travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR).
