About the Role

Foth, a national top 100 engineering and science consulting firm, is seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Chief Growth Officer to join our executive team. This position will partner with the CEO and business unit leaders to develop and drive organic and acquisition growth strategies and initiatives within the corporation and its affiliated companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in strategic planning and forecasting to align business strategies with profitable growth and client stability goals.
  • Partner with the CEO and business unit leaders to determine effective sales organization design and engage in selection of new team members.
  • Champion the development and implementation of sales and marketing practices and standard work processes across all Foth companies.
  • Research and identify new markets, services, and delivery method opportunities in coordination with Foth business units.
  • Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities between Foth business units.
  • Sponsor training and development initiatives supporting the development of the sales organization.
  • Engage with key clients, including reviews of proposals and presentations, attending conferences, and participating in client partnership meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 15+ years of experience driving strategic growth in P&L leadership capacity for a mid-sized or larger company or significant business unit.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Engineering degree and/or professional engineering license.
  • Master of Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of the markets in which Foth does business.
  • Previous responsibility for marketing functions.
  • Experience in a professional services/consulting environment.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience.
