Sales Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary
As a Property Administrative Specialist at Marriott International, you will play a vital role in supporting various hotel functions. This includes working across departments such as Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to meet administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support by preparing documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process, from pre-event to post-event.
Requirements
- Create a safe workplace by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and departments.
- Support team goals and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
