Job Overview

The Beaumont Company seeks a skilled Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, directing them to the appropriate person or office
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls, forwarding messages as needed
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area with necessary supplies
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with office equipment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
