Customer Service and Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Route Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for site visits and client retention, assisting branches with grand openings, and ensuring alignment with local and national account standards.
Key responsibilities include developing account-level incremental sales plans with local management, tracking performance, and increasing profitability. Additionally, you will coordinate efforts to improve customer retention and client experience at the point of sale, drive compliance to merchandising standards, and assess performance by location through audit reports.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of driving experience, and a valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license. A minimum of 1 year of related experience in customer service or route management is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis are also required.
Estimated salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, commuter benefits, and employee assistance program.
