The Spa Sales Director position at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Charlotte - SouthPark is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong sales background and leadership skills. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives
Base Hourly Rate: $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
