The Sales Director role is a critical position at our studio, responsible for driving new member sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This includes reaching out to new leads, booking Intro sessions, and providing top-notch service to existing members.

About the Job:
- Lead outreach and conversion efforts to achieve monthly sales targets
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement
- Collaborate with the management team to hit KPIs and drive studio success
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member concerns in a timely manner
- Participate in marketing events and initiatives to promote the studio's offerings

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a fitness setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
