Key Responsibilities
  • Regularly assess sales performance and profitability in alignment with Echelon's evaluation process. Manage the territories of existing distribution networks to ensure that territorial goals are achieved.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze data, submitting reports on monthly and quarterly sales results
  • Assist distributors by responding to inquiries, facilitating information exchange, coordinating activities, supporting sales calls, and providing training for sales personnel both on-site and via video conferencing.
  • Prepare and provide various reports, including weekly activity summaries, trip reports, forecasts, and weekly expense accounts in compliance with policy; including KPI's and P&L
  • Hire, manage, coach, mentor, train and support all Regional Sales team members
