We are a national anesthesia company of anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists providing care and practice management in all clinical settings. Our mission is to become an invaluable asset for our clients.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/AP Specialist to support our team and help us continue to grow. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment of vendor invoices.
  • Review and verify invoices and check requests.
  • Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and bank accounts.
  • Assist in month-end closing, including generating reports.
  • Maintain vendor files and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist with payroll and other accounting-related tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounts Payable Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Quickbooks Online is required.
  • Experience with Netsuite is a plus, but not required.
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a growing business.
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is a plus.
