  • Cash Handling and Operations: Handle cash transactions, manage cash flow, and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.
  • Team Development and Training: Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure staff are meeting their full potential.
  • Store Maintenance and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Leadership and Management Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or management role, with a track record of success in leading teams and achieving results.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to customer needs and concerns.
  • Food Preparation and Presentation Skills: Strong food preparation and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and present high-quality food to our menu standards.
  • Inventory Management Skills: Strong inventory management skills, with the ability to manage inventory levels, order supplies and ingredients, and maintain accurate records of stock levels and usage.
  • Cash Handling and Operations Skills: Strong cash handling and operations skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions, manage cash flow, and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.

Compensation:

$15.00 per hour
