Key Responsibilities

The Financial Program Analyst will evaluate the effectiveness of the organization’s sales financing initiatives. This position entails identifying key performance metrics, gathering and interpreting data, and conducting audits and reporting on the success of sales programs.

Analyze and model data for strategic planning purposes. Communicate insights derived from data — identifying successes and areas for improvement — and provide tactical and strategic recommendations based on these insights.

Sales Program Oversight

  • Review and audit lender subsidy documentation and program files.
  • Support the development and management of sales program documentation and reporting.
  • Oversee all aspects of sales programs, from application collection to dealer incentive distribution and program evaluation.
  • Assess the financial implications of sales initiatives and propose recommendations to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with internal Financing and Accounting for month-end sales program reporting.
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales program processes and drive enhancements by working with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Marketing, Sales, etc.).
  • Create and manage dashboards for sales and marketing KPIs (e.g., Market Share, Sales Lead & Opportunity management) and dealer management (e.g., Dealer Network Coverage by product or region) utilizing various internal and external data sources.
  • Deliver insights on sales performance and Return on Investment using data from OACS (Oracle Analytics Cloud Service) and dashboards.
  • Generate periodic audit reports on a weekly/monthly basis to monitor payments in accordance with program policies.
  • Provide necessary data and materials for quarterly program council meetings.

IT/System Project Coordination

  • Facilitate IT system or data-related projects that are customer or dealer-facing (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, etc.).

Qualifications for Success

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Willingness to travel: up to 20%
  • Strong strategic problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to persuade and influence
  • Demonstrated business acumen
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in retail finance program management is advantageous
  • Required skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Advanced skills in Power BI and SQL are a plus.
