Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting and business management software, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • In-depth understanding of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations.
  • Knowledge of construction cost accounting and related financial procedures.
  • Extensive experience in account reconciliation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
