Key Responsibilities:
The Financial Program Analyst will evaluate the effectiveness of our sales financing initiatives. This role encompasses:
1. Identifying key performance indicators and analyzing data to assess sales program success.
2. Conducting audits and reporting on the performance of sales programs.
3. Mining and modeling data to support strategic planning efforts.
4. Communicating insights derived from data analysis to inform tactical and strategic decisions.
Sales Program Management:
- Review and audit lender subsidy files and program documentation.
- Assist in the development and management of sales program documentation and reporting.
- Oversee the entire sales program process, from application collection to dealer incentives.
- Analyze the financial implications of sales programs and provide recommendations to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and drive enhancements.
- Create and manage dashboards for sales and marketing KPIs using various internal and external data sources.
- Deliver insights on sales performance and return on investment utilizing data from OACS (Oracle Analytics Cloud Service).
- Prepare periodic audit reports to monitor program payments.
- Provide necessary data and materials for quarterly program council meetings.
IT/System Project Management:
- Facilitate IT system or data-related projects that impact customers or dealers (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP).

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong strategic problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- Experience in retail finance program management is advantageous.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
