About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned media executive to develop and grow our business in the Miami/South FL market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, and qualify leads generated by support functions.
  • Account Management: Expand and grow an existing account list, and develop and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Contact and present to clients and agencies, negotiate contracts, and monitor collections.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of media/radio ad sales experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with online/social media platforms
  • Previous advertising/media experience
  • Knowledge of Matrix, Nielsen Audio, Tapscan, and Wide Orbit
Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be willing to work from our office in Miami, FL
  • Be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
