Business Development Representative

Greenfield Tree Services is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to aggressively grow our landscape maintenance business in a defined territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with key decision makers, discovering their pain points, and developing value-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify opportunities to gain valuable intelligence and develop compelling customer-centric proposals
- Work closely with operations team members to leverage their expertise and drive business growth
- Hit specific activity benchmarks and close business deals
- Utilize a CRM or SFA tool to manage multiple projects and a large territory
Requirements:
- Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at the mid to senior levels
- Experience managing multiple projects and a large territory
- Experience with a CRM or SFA tool
- Local knowledge and contacts in one or more market segments
- Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales
