Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and cultivating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain relationships with existing customers and create new sales opportunities
- Initiate and cultivate relationships with new customers
- Schedule and perform customer lunches and learns
- Represent Colt Services Inc with honesty and integrity
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of company products and services
- Manage a multi-state territory to ensure customer needs are met
- Ensure customer safety and training requirements are communicated effectively
- Perform monthly work in progress audits to comply with QA/QC requirements
- Gain approval and coordinate customer entertainment
- Continue steady growth in the territory while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Minimum 5 years successful industrial sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and organized
- Ability to adapt to ever-changing schedules and priorities
