Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and cultivating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and create new sales opportunities
  • Initiate and cultivate relationships with new customers
  • Schedule and perform customer lunches and learns
  • Represent Colt Services Inc with honesty and integrity
  • Maintain knowledge and awareness of company products and services
  • Manage a multi-state territory to ensure customer needs are met
  • Ensure customer safety and training requirements are communicated effectively
  • Perform monthly work in progress audits to comply with QA/QC requirements
  • Gain approval and coordinate customer entertainment
  • Continue steady growth in the territory while maintaining quality and safety standards
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years successful industrial sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Highly driven, self-motivated, and organized
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing schedules and priorities
