Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Technology to lead our IT Modernization business unit in the Federal Civilian sector. As a key member of our Digital Modernization and Experience (DMX) group, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, managing a portfolio of established and growing customer accounts, and overseeing a team of talented IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue growth in the Federal Civilian vertical
  • Manage a portfolio of established and growing customer accounts in the Federal Civilian sector
  • Oversee a team of talented IT professionals, including recruitment, retention, and management
  • Collaborate with other Growth and Practice Leaders to drive revenue growth across the Division and the organization
  • Build and win a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 15+ years of progressively responsible general management experience in professional services and technology solutions
  • 10+ years of experience with P&L management with clients in the Federal Sector
  • Successful past performance developing and executing growth strategies with relevant technology-oriented professional services businesses
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing P&L with responsibility for $150 million or more annually
  • Experience integrating acquisitions, establishing culture, and building multi-disciplinary teams from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience and knowledge of SaaS and PaaS software
  • Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information
  • Ability to collaborate and motivate large project teams and work with all levels of internal staff
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with senior executives and clients and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
