Position Summary
This dynamic role involves close collaboration with the Sales team to enhance customer relations and achieve sales targets. Back to Nature stands as a key brand within the Natural and Grocery Channels, aiming to deepen brand engagement with contemporary consumers and drive sales growth. This position demands exceptional sales support capabilities, including cross-functional teamwork, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to various projects. You will report directly to the Senior Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside Senior Sales Managers to develop and maintain comprehensive monthly sales reports.
- Oversee the creation and management of the Distributor Toolkit utilizing UNFI and KeHE reporting to analyze supply chain activities.
- Manage communication tools for Brokers effectively.
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows and industry conferences.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and prepare reports and presentations that support sales strategies.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to facilitate the daily operations of the sales team.
- Represent the Sales department in cross-functional meetings with teams such as marketing and finance.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in a previous sales support or coordinator role.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods sales support position.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and partners.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with syndicated data sources such as Nielsen and SPINs.
- Experience with UNFI Clearview and KeHE Connect is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Minneapolis location required.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
