Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Equipment Depot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers who can benefit from our products and services
  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to drive new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize sales opportunities
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Current, valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record
