Marketing and Communications Director

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies in collaboration with the Chief Advancement Officer.
- Support business development, fund development, donor relations, and recruitment/retention efforts through the utilization of print, digital, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to engage and educate referral sources and the community, driving organizational awareness and supporting business objectives.
- Manage the organization's website and collaborate on our social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and timely updates to drive engagement.
- Analyze marketing metrics, produce performance reports, and recommend adjustments to optimize strategies.
- Coordinate with external vendors for project completion of marketing activities.
- Maintain CVHHH branding standards across all materials, including the management of collateral inventory and the Branding and Style Guide in collaboration with the CAO.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Five years of marketing experience working in a health care setting or community-based service provider.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, social media platforms, and analytics.
- A valid driver's license.
