We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director RN to lead our Home Health team in Plains, Pennsylvania. As a Clinical Director RN, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the patient care operations of our home care facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support the company's immediate and long-range objectives.
  • Oversee the eligibility of patients referred to home care services and plan for the services to be provided.
  • Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Enhance the profitability of the agency and engage with the team to assure the quality of services delivered.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • One year of supervisory and/or management experience in a home health setting or related healthcare setting.
  • Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
