About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Save the Children. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in aligning our strategic objectives with our workforce and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Consulting (30%): Serve as a trusted advisor to internal clients on HR and workforce matters, reframing business issues to focus on talent and employee experience.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement (30%): Address employee relations issues proactively, providing guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Talent Management (20%): Collaborate with P&C COE and other Departments to support the design and execution of talent management strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance employee experience throughout the employee life cycle.
  • Organizational Design and Change Management (20%): Support divisional leadership in designing organizational structures that align with Agency and divisional strategies, and assist in managing organizational changes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably as an HR generalist or business partner.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams across different geographies.
  • Agile mindset with a willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and integrity.
  • Professional proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals and teams at all levels.

What We Offer

Save the Children is committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $76,500 - $85,500 base salary, depending on location.
