Job Summary

Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all who visit our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking in members, processing payments, and handling membership sales and renewals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for members and guests.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and membership goals, promoting our services and amenities to potential members.
  • Stay up-to-date on club events, promotions, and services, providing information and making recommendations to members and guests as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including data entry, filing, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
