  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping Department to ensure efficient room assignments and guest satisfaction.
  • Financial Transactions: Process financial transactions, including collecting payments and verifying guest folios.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them immediately to management.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Clerical Skills: Proficient in clerical skills, including typing, filing, and office machine operations.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficient in computer systems and software, including reservations and point-of-sale systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move about the property.
