Front Desk Associate

Streamsong Resort is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and assign rooms to guests, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Pre-register, block reservations, and take same-day reservations, following hotel rate structures and sell strategies.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally, adhering to hotel credit and cash handling policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and assist with inquiries regarding hotel services, events, directions, and local attractions.
  • Cancel room reservations according to procedures.
  • Walk customers in a professional and courteous manner, following established procedures.
  • Audit, balance, and report on cash and credit operations for various outlets, including restaurants, banquets, room service, and golf shop.
  • Audit, balance, and report on front desk operations, including room charges, phone calls, and zero-balance folios.
  • Prepare and input revenue and settlement statistics for daily reports.
  • Run night audit final, ensuring all revenues are in balance nightly.
Requirements:
  • 3-12 months of experience in a related position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Working knowledge of front desk operations, hotel policies, and computer equipment.
  • Ability to read and speak English; second language preferred.
