About the Role

As a Business Development Representative at EssilorLuxottica, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key decision-makers within our strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and other senior-level executives.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business opportunities and threats to inform sales strategies and drive growth.
  • Deliver presentations, seminars, and training sessions to strategic accounts and institutions to showcase our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a complex sales environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of the equipment and technology used in the industry.
  • Physical ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
