About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Aaron's. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
  • Assist the General Manager with operational functions and provide support as needed
  • Assist with deliveries and ensure showroom floors are well maintained
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Aptitude for marketing and sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid state Driver's License and ability to meet DOT requirements for certification
  • Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
