Main Responsibilities:- Drive Territory Activities: Ensure strong customer engagement on all fronts, including sales and marketing strategies, trend analysis, and deal closure.
- Establish Sales Objectives: Forecast and develop annual sales plans, project expected sales volume and profit, and review performance regularly.
- Maintain Sales Volume: Keep current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors to maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price.
- Identify New Sales Opportunities: Leverage contacts, industry knowledge, and internal partnerships to identify new sales opportunities and deliver customer expectations and solutions.
- Forge Strong Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong internal business partnerships to drive sales growth and generate strong margin contributions.
- Hold Yourself and Others Accountable: Establish consistent sales development to maximize competitive position and generate strong margin contributions across customer brands.
- Develop and Negotiate Contracts: Develop and negotiate contracts with customers and their procurement teams to drive sales growth and revenue generation.
- Ensure Accountability: Ensure accountability from all sales professionals and support staff to drive sales growth and revenue generation.
- Degree Qualified: A degree in a relevant field is required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with technical, business, and executive audiences.
- Strong Facilitation Skills: Strong facilitation skills to work effectively with individuals from different teams.
- Strong People Skills: Strong people skills to work effectively with individuals from different teams.
- Broad Understanding: A broad understanding and experience within the telecommunication network software segment and processes.
- Knowledge of Device Management: Knowledge of fixed/mobile/IOT device management and eSIM market requirements, including understanding of Broadband Forum standards.
- Customer Care Integration: Experience in customer care integration and workflow requirements of service providers.
- Commercial Negotiation: Evidence of leading commercial negotiation and closure of large-scale projects and engagements.
- Sales Success: Proven sales success in telecommunications, with solid sales forecasting and sales operations planning processes, and comfortable using a CRM system.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel 75% of the time, both locally and internationally, sometimes on short notice.
- Legal Authorization: Our client will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in Country XYZ for this opening.
