Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Job Summary:

The Senior Account Executive is a key role in our organization, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients. This position requires a deep understanding of the insurance industry and the ability to provide strategic guidance to clients on their investment portfolios and financial planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients
  • Provide guidance on investment portfolios and financial planning
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of client accounts, from onboarding to maintenance
  • Evaluate and manage risks associated with client accounts
  • Implement advanced risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with risk management teams
  • Review new business strategies in collaboration with brokers
  • Oversee renewal reviews to provide clients with optimal solutions
  • Review market submissions and prepare cover letters for agents
  • Review client account documentation for accuracy and prepare reports on account performance
  • Resolve complex client issues and collaborate with internal teams to find innovative solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the brokerage or insurance industry
  • Bachelor's degree required; Business Administration, Sales, and Risk Management preferred
  • Prescribed: Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses
  • Preferred: Certified Insurance Professional (CIP)

Salary Range:

The target salary range for this position is $74,800.00 - $98,175.00 annually. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
