Job Summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive III to manage a group of clients, including daily purchases, funding, and risk exposure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial financial services, factoring, and asset-based lending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, including daily purchases, funding, and risk exposure.
  • Consult with senior management on client issues and work to resolve them accordingly.
  • Perform financial analysis and prepare reports on client performance.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and Operations/Portfolio Manager on field examination work.
  • Participate in regular conference calls and meetings with SBF Executive and Senior Management.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio reports for SBF Senior Management.
  • Visit client sites to discuss business, address credit issues, and cross-sell products and services.
  • Member of SBF Senior Management Team and participate in process development.
  • Utilize industry-specific software, Microsoft Office, and Seacoast Bank online banking portals.
  • Manage and supervise less experienced Account Executives.
  • Primary backup for Operations/Portfolio Manager.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or Accounting/Finance.
  • 8-10 years of experience as an Account Executive in commercial financial services or investment banking.
