Position: Supply Chain Operations Analyst

Role Summary:

The primary responsibility of a Supply Chain Operations Analyst is to facilitate and streamline the workflow and material flow within various departments according to the production timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the weekly Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) process with retail partners.
  • Develop and communicate weekly forecasts for both incoming and outgoing units.
  • Ensure accuracy in order management within the ERP system.
  • Identify and address discrepancies in demand and supply forecasts.
  • Conduct weekly internal reviews for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Engage in daily management of S&OP escalations.
  • Evaluate and measure supply chain processes, including risk assessment and shipping performance.
  • Present findings and promote consensus-building across teams.
  • Adapt to a multicultural business environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or supply chain management.
  • Hands-on experience in forecasting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables).
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
Performance Metrics:
  • Forecast accuracy and achievement rates for incoming orders and sales.
  • Inventory Weeks of Supply.
